I have a student with vision impairment. Does Blackboard provide any assistance for this student?

A. Not directly, but Blackboard Inc is working with several bodies to provide resources to help you ensure your Blackboard sites are fully accessible to all users. Their Accessibility page carries a comprehensive set of links relating to various accessibility issues. The Resources link is useful, and includes a couple of free Accessibility Validator tools. In addition, the UQ eLearning System page also carries links to several sites which provide guidelines, checklists, and tools to help you.
